Oat Oil

What is it?

Oat Oil is an emollient lipid used to adjust cushion, glide, richness, shine, and barrier feel in oil phases, balms, butters, emulsions, and anhydrous products.

How is it used?

Add it to the oil phase and protect it from overheating and oxidation; antioxidants may help but do not rescue rancid oil. Apply that process to Oat Oil's actual phase, heat tolerance, and compatibility limits.
